These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Studio Raaga website and mobile application (together, the “Platform”), operated by Studio Raaga, Hyderabad, Telangana, India (“Studio Raaga”, “we”, “us”).

By creating an account, booking a session or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to create an account and make bookings.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

You agree to provide accurate and current information (name, email and, optionally, phone number) and to keep it up to date.

The Platform lets you request studio sessions and creative services (including content localisation and dubbing, music recording and mixing, voice-over, video shoot and post-production, and studio-on-hire).

A booking request is a request only. It is confirmed once we approve it and, where applicable, once the required advance payment is received. We may decline or reschedule a request where a slot is unavailable, or for operational reasons.

You agree to arrive on time for confirmed sessions. Studio time is billed for the duration actually used, as recorded by our session timer, subject to any agreed minimum duration.

Studio-on-hire is billed by the hour at the suite rate shown at the time of booking; equipment such as microphones may be billed separately per hour. Project-based services (for example dubbing, voice-over and music production) are quoted per project.

For many bookings an advance amount is payable to confirm the slot. The balance is billed after the session or on delivery of the project, based on the actual time used or the agreed project price, less any advance already paid and any discount applied.

All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR). Taxes are charged where applicable. See our Pricing page for further detail.

Online payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. When you pay, your card, UPI or bank details are handled entirely by Razorpay under their own terms and privacy policy — Studio Raaga never receives or stores your full payment credentials.

We store only a transaction reference (Razorpay order and payment identifiers), the amount and the payment status, for the purpose of confirming your booking and for our financial records.

You may also settle an advance or balance in person (cash or UPI) where we offer that option; staff will record the payment against your booking.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, a confirmed booking may be cancelled up to the notice period stated in that policy, and an eligible advance is refunded to your original payment method.

You retain ownership of the recordings, performances, files and other material you create or supply in connection with a session (“Your Content”), subject to any separate written agreement between us and any balance due being settled.

You confirm that you have the rights necessary to record, use and supply Your Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party or break any law.

The Platform itself, including its design, software, text and branding, belongs to Studio Raaga and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

• Do not use the Platform for any unlawful, infringing or fraudulent purpose.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, probe or disrupt the Platform, its security or its infrastructure.
• Do not create bookings you do not intend to honour, or use another person’s payment details without authority.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Raaga is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law, including liability for our own fraud or gross negligence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
