Delete YourAccount & Data
You can delete your Studio Raaga account and associated data at any time. This page explains how, what is removed, and what we are legally required to keep.

Delete From Within the App
The quickest way to delete your account is from the app itself. On the Studio Raaga mobile app, go to the More / Profile tab and choose Delete Account, then confirm.
Deletion takes effect immediately: your login is disabled and you are signed out.
Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account and data deletion by email. Write to info@studioraaga.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”.
We may ask you to confirm a few details to verify that the request is genuinely yours, to protect your account against unauthorised deletion. We will action verified requests within 30 days.
What Is Deleted
- Your personal identifiers — name, email address and phone number — are permanently removed from your profile.
- Your login is permanently disabled; you will not be able to sign in again with the same credentials.
- Any saved device tokens used for push notifications are removed.
What Is Retained, and Why
Your booking and payment history is retained in anonymized form — that is, no longer linked to your name, email or phone. Indian tax and financial record-keeping laws require us to keep transaction records for a number of years, and payment records held by our payment partner Razorpay are subject to their own retention obligations.
This retained data cannot be used to identify you and is kept only to meet these legal and accounting requirements.
This Is Irreversible
Account deletion cannot be undone. If you wish to use Studio Raaga again after deleting your account, you will need to create a new account.
